Dear CMCS-Men and Friend's,
An important note to update or remind you about four things, because your time is valuable.
2) Join Bishop Joseph N Perry for about thirty minutes, on Monday, April 3rd, at 6:30pm, for a conference call with a Lenten message, and to talk about the Men's Forum. Mark the date on your calendar, and then connect to the call through the CMCS online meeting wall at meet.cmcsmen.net
Be uplifted and inspired by this message to live faithfully your manhood in Christ for these times! (you can also call in with the phone number, or listen in only with the 'radio button' on the meeting wall)
3) The Annual Bishop Perry Men's Forum is on Saturday, April 15th, 2023 and is the main function of the CMCS mission. To bring local Catholic men together to forum and compare notes about
'Living the Goodness of a Catholic Man'.
In other words, this email list and the blog purpose is to fill the gap between these annual events and that, again, if every man reading this would attend together it'll fill every seat and then some. So please plan to attend and invite / bring another man.
Tickets: forum.cmcsmen.net and are affordable compared to other men's conferences, prices are at (or below) cost for hot breakfast and more, thanks to Bishop Perry and our generous donors.
4) Thank you very much for satisfying the Lenten Almsgiving matching gift appeal! The appeal continues however through Sunday of Divine Mercy. Please give at forum.cmcsmen.net
As I said in the past, if every man reading this would donate $1.00 then CMCS would be funded for a year .. and above this appeal.
We serve CMCS with passion and pride – for you. And while we are not in this to “make money”, like all apostolates we need to pay the bills to keep doing debt free what we do – in an ethical way.
Thank you for your sacrifice, and your feedback about how much CMCS means to you.
God bless you where you need it most, May you have a blessed Lent!
Please let us pray for each other,
Frank J Casella,
CMCS Co-founder & Executive Director
PS. On the ticket portal is a box to write in your priest if he is attending. So, it doesn't cost you to invite him, but he must commit so we can plan to feed him. You, and us, can not do this without his support!!
