Dear CMCS Men and Friends of Catholic Men Chicago Southland, 
Looking to better understand your Catholic manhood? You're in luck - the next Monday Manhood Discussions are coming your way! 
 
When: Monday, November 6 2023, at 7:30pm for an hour or less. 
 
Topic: Evangelizing Catholic Men.
 
What: Many men who attend our events seek to evangelize other men. Join us as Brian Murray shares his experiences in developing the Catholic Men Chicago Edgewater (CMCE), as well together we'll share the opportunities and challenges presented to us. The moderator will be Frank J Casella, CMCS Co-founder & Executive Director. 
 
Each month discussion will be a different topic and facilitator.

“Evangelizing means bringing the good news of Jesus Christ into every human situation and seeking to convert individuals and society by the divine power of the gospel itself. At its essence are the proclamation of salvation in Jesus Christ and the response of a person in faith, which are both works of the holy spirit.” USCCB 
 
Evangelization should lead to conversion. 
Conversion (through repentance, faith, and baptism) should lead to discipleship. 
Discipleship ship should lead to holiness and mission.

Manhood Monday Discussions is a monthly series that aims to help men across the Archdiocese of Chicago to grow in their holiness towards --  'Living the Goodness of a Catholic Man'. Each discussion will be on a different topic, and you're invited to participate from the comfort of your own home, or wherever you are.. 
 
Together we can share our thoughts or just listen, and encourage and support each other as Catholic men. There may be no right answer, because we are all at different levels of spirituality. But we'll help you to connect the dots or confirm your thoughts along your spiritual journey towards a holy and Catholic man.
