Announcement:
Bishop Bartosic has chosen Frank J. Casella, Executive Director of CMCS, as the recipient of the prestigious Bishop Quarter Award. This honor pays tribute to Bishop William Quarter, the first bishop of Chicago, and is given in the spirit of trust in the Lord’s providence for the Church’s foundation throughout all ages.
The award is presented annually to a lay Catholic who exemplifies dedicated service to the ministries of the vicariates or Archdiocese of Chicago, with only one award granted per Vicariate each year. More information regarding the time and place of the award presentation will be provided soon.
