Attention Catholic men of Chicagoland, I'm sending this personal invite to you because the CMCS Team has decided from feedback and response to move the Chicago Southland Catholic Men's Forum online, with free will offer, to provide more men opportunity to participate, especially from the north end of the vicariate and around the archdiocese. This will be a two hour or less time frame starting at 9am. Please connect with the platform a few minutes before so we're all ready to go by 9am. Visit our meeting wall * or the direct link at: https://www.freeconferencecall.com/wall/cmcsmen Please forward this to other men you think might benefit.
As we are at the end of our Lenten and Easter voyage, it is crucial that we take a morning to reflect on our journey and embrace our Catholic calling as men. But let's be honest, every time we try to focus on God, the world seems to conspire against us, working to steer us away from our faith.
Join us this Saturday, April 6th, for about a couple of hours at 9am for our online video men's conference, with free will offer, as Father Dan Brandt, a revered chaplain of the Chicago Police Department will lead us in a powerful discussion on "true heroes among us. Those selfless individuals who answer the call to serve in the most honorable profession known to mankind."
Whether we are Catholic men or police officers, we face a common struggle in this modern world - defending the values of humanity and protecting the sanctity of the family. This Forum discussion will be powerful and inspiring, and you won't want to miss it. Join us and be a part of this incredible gathering of Catholic men who are intentional about living their faith in these times.
* If you can only just listen into the meeting, find on the meeting wall towards the bottom of the page a radio button that will be on for Fr. Brandt's talk only, about 9:15am.
Hope to see you online Saturday morning!
God bless you where you need it most,
Frank J Casella,
