Block MDM2 to P53 is Key for Anti-aging and Anti-cancer

In a recent discovery, ScienceMag 2018 article demonstrates that free p53 protein is critical for senolysis (see Picture 1). The p53 protein allows for our cells to die naturally known as apoptosis. As we grow older, this apoptosis becomes more absent leading to old cells which causes organs to dysfunction such as osteoarthritis, eye disease, atherosclerosis and etc. This absence of apoptosis is due to the p53 protein bonding with another protein called MDM2. The p53 protein releasing from MDM2 is essential for any anti-aging factor. Many pharmaceutical companies have tried to produce drugs to inhibit this bond between MDM2 and p53. However, new studies according to the 2018 article in Experimental and Therapeutic Medicine have demonstrated that only two species of sea cucumber can release MDM2, proving that they are effective against aging and cancer. Out of hundreds of species of sea cucumber, Philinopside E (Angiostop) blocks MDM2 and frees P53 for cell apoptosis leading to anti-aging and anti-cancer (see Picture 2).

Angiostop clincally demonstrates its effectiveness for wet macular degeneration and many other aging diseases. In Picture 1, Angiostop can be positioned with UBX0101 (Clinical trial drug)
