Take Angiostop Before Surgery: Prevent Cancer Recurrence
CHI HEALTH LETTER July 10, 2015
Take Angiostop before biopsy, colonoscopy, and endoscopy

Featured Story

In June 2015, J. Wycoff, DO, hosted Dr. Chi for a lecture and a patient screening at the Wycoff Wellness Center in Lansing, Michigan. R. Luther, DC, and his wife drove 2 hours from Detroit, Michigan to consult Dr. Chi.

Back in January 2015 at the Parker Seminar, Dr. Chi saw strawberry red dots on Mrs. Luther’s tongue along with no lunalae on her fingernails. Dr. Chi told her that this indicates high estrogen and a high possibility for breast cancer. Mrs. Luther then revealed that 13 years ago she had breast cancer and received a lumpectomy along with conventional treatment. Right away, Mrs. Luther went to her doctor to discover that her breast cancer has recurred. In April 2015 she had a mastectomy. Mrs. Luther is now taking Angiostop, Myomin, and Revivin to prevent the cancer from coming back again.

Surgery’s Link to Cancer Recurrence:
September 13, 2005 – International Journal of
Surgeons

Out of 1,173 breast cancer patients who received surgery, 520 relapsed within two years. That is almost a 50% relapse rate! In a 2002 paper published in the journal Lancet, patients with colon and lung cancer that had a traditional surgery have a significantly higher rate of relapse. In the study it shows that the chemotherapy or radiation, intended to cut the risk of the cancer reoccurring, may not be enough. Surgeons suggest to give cancer patients anti-angiogenic drugs the days before and after surgery.

Studies have shown that the relapse of cancers after surgery can be directly linked to angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels. After surgery, angiogenesis is naturally needed for recovery but since not all cancer cells are gone after the surgery, we must inhibit the specific growth factors that could cause the cancer to spread and grow again.

Growth factors are like fertilizers for cancer growth. There are over 20 types of growth factors that make cancer grow and there are specific growth factors for the different types of cancers. There are various anti-angiogenesis drugs such as Sutent for kidney cancer, Avastin for colon cancer, Tarceva for lung cancer, and many more. There are also alternative ways to inhibit angiogenesis, such as taking sea cucumber extract. Through many studies and 18 publications from five countries, a special sea cucumber extract (Angiostop) has been found to be an excellent angiogenesis inhibitor for breast cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, liver cancer, melanoma, and more.

Kidney Cancer Case Reports

On October 2013, a 2–year-old boy had surgical removal of the cancer in his right kidney and received chemotherapy for 6 months. In August 2014 the cancer metastasized to the liver and the doctor attempted chemotherapy again. To no avail, the child was given 6 months to live. The disheartened parents brought the child, now 4 years old, to Chi’s Enterprise. Dr. Chi said that they should request the oncologist to give the child Sutent, an anti-angiogenesis drug specifically for kidney cancers, instead of chemo. We offered Angiostop, Revivin, Asparagus Extract, and Reishi Spore Extract.

R. Abraham, MD from CA, has a male patient in his 60s with kidney cancer. He used Sutent, which reduced his tumor to 2cm. Then Angiostop and Revivin were added. After 3-4 months, the tumor reduced to 1cm. After a year, the tumor is gone. Kidney cancer requires inhibition of the growth factors VEGFR, PDGFR, and FGFR in order to grow. Sutent inhibits VEGFR and PDGFR, but not FGFR. After adding Angiostop, which inhibits all the growth factors (VEGFR, PDGFR, and FGFR) necessary to stop the growth of the kidney cancer, the tumor was able to shrink.

Physical Markers of Cancer

Cancer patients always feel cold due to poor circulation. This poor circulation causes the body to produce growth factors (like a fertilizer) and automatically have angiogenesis occur throughout the body, which could lead to metastasis. Normally, your fingernails should have 8 lunalae (white half-moons on the bottom of the nail; see figure 1) in total. Having less than 8 lunalae indicates poor circulation. The more lunalae you are missing, the more serious. If you are left with 2-3 lunalae, you have a high risk for cancer because your body is definitely compensating for the poor circulation with increased angiogenesis. The herbal formulas of Vein Lite and Oxypower could increase your circulation and your lunalae may return, also preventing angiogenesis.

Angiogenesis Inhibition is Key to Treat and Prevent Cancer

William Li, MD, the President and Medical Director of the Angiogenesis Foundation, states that 40% of 40-year-old woman already have microscopic breast cancer, 50% of 50-60 year old men already have microscopic prostate cancer, and 100% of men and females by the time they hit their 70s will have microscopic cancers in their thyroid. Most of these cancers will not grow but are just waiting for angiogenesis in order to grow wild. (Ted Talk “Can we eat to starve cancer?” Feb. 2010). All three of these cancers are related to estrogen dominance. Use Myomin to avoid estrogen dominance (Refer to our other newsletters for more information).

F. Akbarpour, MD from CA, has an 81-year-old female patient who had a mastectomy for her breast cancer that recurred as angiosarcoma in the breast (grew in the area of surgery). She was given Sutent (25 mg/day), but with no effect. The dose was doubled but there was still no apparent effect. The dose of Sutent was reduced and Angiostop was added. After 3-4 months the angiosarcoma cleared. Breast cancer requires inhibition of VEGFR, EGFR, and FGFR in order to grow. Since Sutent only inhibits VEGFR, angiosarcoma still persisted. After adding Angiostop, which also inhibits FGFR and EGFR, the angiosarcoma was cleared.

R. Rozich, DC from IL has a 54-year-old patient diagnosed with ovarian cancer in Feb 2012. Her CA.125 was 427. Physicians wanted her to immediately undergo surgery. Dr. Rozich advised her to take a high dose of Angiostop, Myomin, and Revivin (3 TID each) one month before the surgery and continuously after surgery. A month later, her CA.125 reduced to 190 and she had the surgery. She was placed on chemotherapy for 6 months. She continued to take Angiostop, Myomin and Revivin after the surgery along with the chemo. In April 2013 her Ca.125 was reduced down to 4 (see Table 1). It is very important that she never stopped her advised dose of Angiostop, Myomin, and Revivin. Consistent from before the surgery and after the surgery for an entire year, even during the months she was on chemo

Cancer Prevention Case Reports:

J. Michniewicz, ND, from IL, has a 57-year-old female with elevated CA.125 (ovarian cancer marker), CA.27.29 (breast cancer marker), and CEA (lung, liver, colon, and pancreatic cancer marker) levels. Since she has had breast cancer in the past, she wants to keep these levels as low as possible. On June 2013, she met with Dr. Chi at a conference in Chicago and began to take Angiostop, Myomin, and Vein Lite diligently for 3 months as a preventative measure. In November 2013 she was delighted to see that all her cancer marker levels dropped (see Table 2).

N.T, a 60-year-old woman from CA has had abnormally high cancer marker levels for five years. She was always worried about getting cancer so she went to the doctors several times to check if she had issues in her pancreas, breast, lung, liver, or colon. No issues were found and her cancer markers were still very high. Both her CA19.9 (pancreatic cancer marker) and CEA (lung, liver, colon, and pancreatic cancer marker) levels were above the reference ranges meaning she has a very high risk for cancer. She even changed her diet and lifestyle in hopes of seeing a reduction in these cancer markers, but to no avail. After taking Angiostop and Myomin for three months, her CA19.9 dropped from 45 to 35 (0-37 is normal) and her CEA levels sharply dropped from 14 to 3 (0-3.4 is normal). Both are now within the normal ranges (see Table 3). She was extremely relieved of worrying about pancreatic cancer when she saw these results. Her levels are still at a high margin so she continues to take Angiostop to lower her risk of cancers even further.

 Lung Cancer Case Report:

A.E., a 55-year-old male from CA was a heavy smoker. In January 2008, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer, with a 7cm tumor in the upper left lobe of his lung. Right away he took Angiostop, Revivin, Reishi Spore Extract, and Asparagus extract before his surgery. After the surgery Dr. Chi advised him to take Tarceva without chemotherapy. He continued to take Dr. Chi’s program and after 4 months the doctor finally gave him Tarceva. Lung Cancer requires the growth factors EGFR, PDGFR, VEGFR, and FGFR. Tarceva only inhibits EGFR, which is the most important growth factor for lung cancer. Tarceva works for 60% of lung cancer patients however, after 9 months the body begins to build a resistance. Taking Angiostop in conjunction with Tarceva could yield better results because Angiostop also inhibits PDGFR, VEGFR, FGFR, and EGFR. Now he is cancer free for over 7 years.
Lung & Colon Cancer Case Report:

In June 2011, a 64 year-old male smoker from CA had blood in the stool, which is a possible indication of colon cancer. At the time he did not have medical insurance. Dr Chi recommended him to take Angiostop, Revivin, and Myomin. A year later, September 2012, he received Medicare and immediately saw a doctor to ask for a colonoscopy. The doctor saw that he has never been examined so they first gave him blood tests and an X-ray. The X-ray showed a quarter sized lump in his upper left lung and the biopsy was small cell lung cancer. The surgeon removed the upper half of his left lung right away and was amazed that a cancer this large did not metastasize (We know that it is due to him taking Angiostop for 1 year prior). After 6 months of recovery from the lung cancer, his doctor gave him the colonoscopy to discover that he had 9 areas of cancer in his colon. Right away, the Surgeon removed 2 large sections of his colon. He returns every 3-6 months for a colonoscopy; from September 2013 to November 2014 they have been removing the cancerous and pre-cancerous polyps that were found in the colon. From June 2011 to February 2015 (over 3 ½ years), both his cancers never metastasized by taking 6-9 caps Angiostop, 6 caps Myomin, and 6 caps Revivin a day; without any chemotherapy, radiation, or drugs. The doctor closely followed his CEA levels, a blood marker for both lung and colon cancer (see Table 4).

Each time the patient saw good results he was reluctant to stay on 9 capsules of Angiostop. This inconsistency caused his CEA levels to fluctuate. The doctor said if his CEA levels rose above 10 they would need to put him on chemotherapy. Dr. Chi advised the patient to take Tarceva instead of chemo. To be even safer, Tarceva was finally added on February 2015. On May 2015 his CEA dropped down from 8.2 to 6.3.

Summary:

• Strawberry red dots on your tongue indicate high estrogen and high possibility for breast cancer for women.

• Lacking lunalae on your fingernails indicates that you have poor circulation, which causes your body to have more angiogenesis. For cancer patients, this can lead to metastasis. Taking Vein Lite and Oxypower can improve your circulation and return the lunalae on your fingernails.

• There is almost a 50% relapse rate for all cancer patients who received traditional surgery within 2 years. Anyone who has had a biopsy, endoscopy, or colonoscopy is suggested to take Angiostop 1 month before surgery and several months after surgery.

• Anti-Angiogenic drugs are powerful but don’t necessarily inhibit all the growth factors necessary to stop the growth of cancers. Angiostop can have synergistic effects with these drugs for a greater effect.

• Angiostop is an extract of sea cucumbers, a Chinese delicacy that is very safe to consume. If you are worried about cancers, you can take Angiostop for precautionary measures.
