The City of Austin's Equity Office is partnering once again with American Gateways, Texas AFL-CIO and the Asian American Resource Center to host a citizenship clinic on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 9:00 AM. The first 75 people in line will receive free one-on-one assistance to complete the N-400 application for naturalization. Registration will take place from 9:00 - 10:00 AM on the morning of November 2.

In addition to receiving assistance with the N-400 application, we will also have representatives from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on-site. They will conduct mock citizenship interviews to help applicants prepare for their interview. We will also have a mini resource fair where attendees can access information and resources.

Read on until the end of this update for more information about citizenship classes that begin on Saturday, September 7th - registration is required. These classes will help people study for their citizenship exam!

*Please plan to attend an information session prior to the citizenship clinic. The information sessions will go over what information and documents you need to prepare in advance of the citizenship clinic.
