“Expanding Community, Strengthening Connections” - CYA at #NAFSA17 Conference & Expo in L.A.

CYA was out in full force demonstrating its commitment to global learning and mobility at the Annual NAFSA Conference & Expo,which took place in L.A. May 28-June 2. It was afabulous opportunity for our team to meet and dialogue with peers and leaders to discuss key issues, share and gain valuable insights on all areas of international education, student services, research, and teaching - from a global perspective. During CYA’s successful week at the NAFSA study abroad conference, we also hosted a wonderful reception for CYA alumni, friends, and partners at the Grammy Museum at L.A. Live® on May 31st. Broadening Opportunities – CYA is now a “Bonner Approved” study abroad program!

We are excited to announce CYA has become one of the few study abroad programs to be approved by the Bonner Foundation. This means that Bonner students can now study abroad at CYA and complete their volunteer community service in Greece, with the support of CYA’s strong community partnerships. Come visit us in Greece! - CYA Group site Visit 2017

Our 2017 group site visit is scheduled for the 11th and 12th of September, 2 days before the 29th Annual EAIE Conference and Exhibition in Seville. Visit us and participate in a series of staff and faculty led activities designed to introduce visitors to CYA and Athens. Activities include thematic walks, tours of the Academic center and more!
