The Summit will bring together representatives from law enforcement, driver licensing agencies, universities, and industry to share research and best practices to improve data quality and the collection and use of commercial vehicle (CMV) data. It will highlight ways states have worked to improve data quality, improve the ways they collect data, and/or new ways they are using the data to promote CMV safety.

The Summit is co-hosted with the Colorado State Patrol, and funding is provided through a cooperative agreement with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). There is no cost to attend.

Registration is available from the Summit website at www.ugpti.org/events/safetysummit2021/. You can indicate when registering if you plan to attend in-person or virtually.
