Ash Wednesday and Midweek Lenten Services 2022

Pastor Henry Martinez (of Shepherd of the Valley) and Pastor David are working together to offer combined midweek worship opportunities for Shepherd of the Valley and Community of ChristChurch.

Beginning on Ash Wednesday, March 2nd, our two congregations will have the opportunity to worship together every Wednesday evening in the season of Lent at 6:30pm, in person at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, and online via YouTube Streaming.

Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church

17625 NW Cornell Rd, Beaverton, OR 97006

These will be quiet, contemplative worship services designed to assist us all in our Lenten walk with Jesus toward the cross.

We will continue to follow the COVID protocols created for us by our Worship Transition Team, with one exception: Because we will be bringing two faith communities together for these midweek services, we will also be asking participants to show proof of vaccination to attend worship in person. Please bring your mask and vaccination card.

Hope you can join us in person or on the Livestream.
