- The online doors to our Zoom worship will open at 9:00am.

Dear friends,
Pastor David continues to rest and recover after his bike accident on July 21, 2021. He has used this week to recuperate and will not be preaching this Sunday. Thanks to Steve Delamarter for serving as our guest preacher this Sunday. The worship/tech team and church council have been amazing in their leadership in preparation for Sunday morning Zoom worship.
I am in the online office Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or needs, 503-617-9526 or via email.
I will have another update on how Pastor David is doing for next week's Faith News.

Worship Transition Team Update + Survey
The Worship Transition Team is still looking for your feedback on determining how ChristChurch worship will be conducted in the future. The situation with COVID 19 in our community is fluid and recommendations are evolving. We invite you to re-take the survey if you have new thoughts. If there is someone who is not on our Faith News email list but you'd like them to take the survey please forward them this link.

Programming Update:
Crafts. Coffee. Connection.
Our Saturday morning
Crafts. Coffee. Connection. has been discontinued.
For the first year+ of the pandemic, the Saturday morning meeting was an opportunity to share in fellowship. As we enter the next phase of the pandemic, we are looking at other ways to offer meaningful fellowship interactions.
Thank you to Violet Thetford for hosting and leading the weekly meetings. Stay tuned for updates in the Fall about other opportunities. |

Since we can't pass our offering basket during online worship, we encourage you to automate your giving. Online giving reduces staff and volunteer processing time. Electronic giving also offers an easy way to give on a recurring basis.
