The Shelter at Orenco Station serves homeless men, women, and couples without children during the coldest months of the winter. The shelter provides a safe, warm place to stay overnight. During the winter months of December, January, and February the shelter remains open for 90 consecutive days.

It is a collaborative effort of local churches, businesses, foundations and the Washington County Community, coming together to serve and house adults experiencing homelessness.

The purpose of this event is to provide a space and fellowship for creative people to get together and work on their projects - sewing, jewelry making, knitting, paper crafts, etc. If you are stuck on a project or need input, bring over what you have.

Kitchen space is available for assembly of food-related gifts but not for full-blown cooking and baking. We will have large tables available so you have plenty of work space.

RSVP on Facebook or Meetup.com
