SPRING FLING
The Spring Fling (Father-Daughter Dance) is looking for volunteers to help before, during, and after the dance on April 7. Please look at this Signup Genius link to see if you can help!

Spring Walking School Bus is here!

Corinth Elementary Walking Wednesday campaign encourages students and parents to walk or bike to school. Our program promotes healthy habits, reduces traffic congestion, boosts our sense of community, and encourages our cities to provide safe routes to school.

Please plan on walking or biking with your student(s) on Wednesday April 5, 12, 19, and 26. Our program also provides Walking School Bus drop-off sites for parents who would like their child to participate, but may live too far for them to walk, or are not able to join them.

Are you a parent who would like to assist with Walking Wednesdays? If so, sign up here.

Need more information? Please contact Nicole Harris, this year’s PTA Walking School Bus Chair at (816) 665-3095 or by email.

SITE COUNCIL SURVEY

From Mr. Lowe:
The Corinth Elementary Site Council has prepared a brief survey covering academic and social activities at Corinth. Your feedback is very important to us, and we are hoping you will take 5 minutes to complete the simple, anonymous questionnaire by April 7th.

Site Council

Our Site Council includes the principal, teacher representatives, school staff, parents, business community members, and other community shareholders. The group collaborates to help determine ways the school might better meet yearly state, school district, and school site performance goals and objectives.

This Survey

We strive for continuous improvement and hope that your feedback will provide insight into areas of strength and opportunity at Corinth Elementary. The results of this survey will be used to guide discussions during staff development and, ultimately, to steer broader improvement efforts.

If you have more than one child attending Corinth, feel free to complete just one survey. You may use the comment sections under each question to indicate if your response is specific to a grade level or team. Once the survey window has closed, we will review the responses and use them to enhance Corinth by creating any necessary action plans in collaboration with the Site Council.

If you have any questions about this survey, please let me know. Thank you for your participation and helping us gain more information to improve your school!

Find the survey here.
