Winter Storm Wesley to Affect Plains to Ohio Valley

Winter Storm Wesley is expected to create blizzard conditions in the Plains states, strong winds across the Mississippi Valley, additional rainfall in the flooded Midwest and damaging thunderstorm over the Southeast. There is potential for record snowfall and significant damages Wednesday to Friday from this late season storm.
