Winter Storm Harper to affect much of Midwest, Eastern U.S.

Winter Storm Harper is currently pushing through the West Coast into the Rockies with rain and snow above 5,000ft. By tomorrow it is expected to bring 30-50mph winds to the Midwest, damaging thunderstorms across the South on Saturday, and all weekend dropping temperatures, additional snowfall and ice accumulations will occur across many states, with the highest snowfall accumulations in the Northeast on Sunday.
