Polar Vortex Forecast to Affect Much of Central, Eastern U.S.

An outbreak of polar air is forecast to drop temperatures significantly across much of the Central and Eastern United States starting tomorrow. With additional wind chill effects, record low temperatures are expected for dozens of cities Wednesday and Thursday. Water, wind and ice damages are expected to result in many areas.
