There are a lot of negative impressions homeowners have about the construction industry, so to be successful in the remodeling world, one of your biggest jobs is to guide homeowner through the remodeling process.
Successful contractors understand this, so they gear their efforts towards reducing homeowner fears, and dealing with the inevitable upsets. Emotional homeowners are not the exception-they are the rule.

Checklist to Expedite the Estimate Process
- Confirm that CCC has completed their review process
- If changes suggested – modify and resubmit
- Present estimate to consumer/member
- Update XactAnalysis that estimate has been delivered to the consumer
- Follow up with the consumer or member, review options present alternatives if applicable
- Sign the job and get started!
