There are a lot of old-time marketing ideas that still work. The fact is, technology changes but people don't.

Back in the 1890's portrait photographers included their name and studio's address on their printed photographs. It was great advertising for repeat and new business.

Putting photo credits on every print was a good idea then. It's an even better idea now.


Why? Yesterday's street address is today's web site ... and your site is designed to make sales.

The trend today is to post pictures online. In theory, that's fine.
 But, proofs have lasting value, where online postings do not.
