Howdy Pardner!

I'm sooooooo stoked.  I'm in my first BIG festival with my band (thanks to the FRONT PORCH!)  Don't know about the Front Porch?  They are the coolest most creative guys I know with the most awesome portable stage ever!  Seriously... see photos below.  We will be at the STAGECOACH COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL, the biggest country music festival this side of Texas!  Last year 100,000 people went to it.  Wooohoooo!
 
In other exciting news, I'll be headlining, with my band, at The Last Day Saloon in May!  Mark your calendars.  I'd really love it if you could make it!   
 
More currently, my band and I are playing Today at the Phoenix Theater (Saturday, April 16) with a great lineup (sorry for the late notice).  Special thanks to Joshua Stithem for including me and my band in the amazing Hootenanny events.  They are the best events around! 
 
I have been noticing lately that our gigs are getting bigger and bigger.  Your interest and support is making it happen!  Thank you all for being such an enthusiastic and supportive group of rowdy hooligans!!!! Much love!!!!!!!!!

The Front Porch
Here is an image of the Front Porch.    It's the best kept secret in music venues.  The creators of the Front Porch travel all around and have different acts play on their incredibly unique stage.   At the end of April, the Front Porch will be stationed in the Stagecoach Festival in Indio, CA, and my band and I have been invited to perform!  We will be playing in the Family Section of the Festival during the day and playing the campground area late at night.  The stage will be towed by a tractor and will actually be moving (slowly) as we travel around the camping area.  This is so cool, I can hardly stand it.

Calling all country music fans!  Come on down to Indio.  Last year over 100,000 people went.  There must be something crazy good about it....

*  My song "You and Me and The Devil In Between" won Best Song at   a local West Coast Songwriting Competition and Best Performance at another.

  * A section of "Waiting Room" can be heard in an upcoming commercial for the YWCA (the one I acted in).    I'm not sure of the release date yet.  I'll keep you posted.
