The Leadership Foundation is proud to announce that Dr. Peter Senge will be the keynote speaker at the 2012 Alumni and Friends Forum, which will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Four Seasons Hotel Denver.

Dr. Senge is the founding chairperson of the Society of Organizational Learning and a senior lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology whose work includes more than 20 years of collaborating with schools and school districts on implementing a systems thinking approach to education reform. He is currently working with a Colorado-based group of K-12 educators, service providers, and business leaders on systems change and education.

This year's Alumni Forum will include three different elements: a master class led by Dr. Senge, the forum event, which will feature a roundtable discussion with Dr. Senge, Denver Metro Chamber CEO Kelly Brough and select educators, and a closing reception. The day's conversation will look at capacity-building through the lens of third grade literacy. In an effort to promote dialogue among business leaders and the education community, the Leadership Foundation will be hosting educators from across the state, including elementary school principals and third grade teachers, at both the master class and forum.
