Dominican Sisters of Adrian: 'Dominican Artists Gather in Adrian'
At the end of July, the Dominican Institute for the Arts (DIA) held its annual gathering. This year’s theme was "The Arts: Yearning for Unity," and "Dominican Artists from 11 U.S. Congregations and the US Central and London Provinces attended this year’s Gathering."

Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa: 'Join in Saving the Earth We Love'
On Saturday, September 22, 2018, the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters will host "Journey to the Heart: Falling in Love with Earth," at Sinsinawa Mound. "The focus is on experiencing ourselves as Earth and with Earth in the encompassing embrace of God. Bringing in a myriad of theological and spiritual voices, including our inner voice, the retreat guides us to come to our heart, Earth’s heart, God’s heart and fall in love."

Maryknoll Sister, Julia Shideler in East Timor shared this article, written by Fr. Rubén Martínez Ortega, OP, about the Dominican Family of East Timor’s celebration of the Feast of St. Dominic, as well as their second National Congress of the Dominican Youth Movement. "At least 120 youth people from almost all the places where the Order is present in Timor form 5 groups."
