'Embracing Faith Through Advocacy – International Justice Leader Visits Blauvelt'
In June, the "Sisters of Saint Dominic of Blauvelt, New York, welcomed Sister Cecilia Espenilla, OP, the International Promoter of Justice and Peace for Dominican Sisters International (DSI) to Blauvelt."
'Changing Landscape at Sinsinawa Mound'
From July 24-28, the Sinsinawa Dominican Congregation held their annual “Community Days” gathering at Sinsinawa Mound. “Once nearly 2,000 Sisters in the mid-1960s, the congregation currently numbers 383 Sisters, and more than half live at Sinsinawa . . . Due to their changing demographics, as well as changing demographics in the tri-state area, the Sisters are facing significant issues. During their annual gathering, the Sisters identified steps they need to take to respond.”
Dominican Sisters of Adrian Welcome Marci Hamilton as New Associate 
"Marci Hamilton, a retired registered nurse and former student of Adrian Dominican Sisters, was welcomed into Associate Life July 15, 2019, during a Ritual of Acceptance in St. Catherine Chapel at the Adrian Dominican Sisters Motherhouse. She was mentored by Sister Barbara Quincey, OP."
Dominican Sisters of Adrian Volunteer Ministry with Migrants at Border
Two Adrian Dominican Sisters, Patricia Erickson, OP, and Sharon Spanbauer, OP, “spent weeks on the border of the United States and Mexico this summer, volunteering their services to migrant families who come to La Frontera Migrant Shelter in Laredo, Texas.”
Dominican Preaching Network: "Passing the Torch"
"The global Dominican Preaching Network invites Dominicans from the United States and Canada to a three-day colloquium on our Dominican evangelical charism.
