Mending RELATIONSHIPS through Action
 
Summer is a restful time.  It reminds us of our need to play, relax, and enjoy the simplicity of life.  

 Reflect on all that is good in life.  When you can appreciate what is, you shift your attitude deliberately and positively.  Next, consider what relationships may not be as close or connected as they once were.

Any relationship requires attention, positive
behaviours, and nurturing for it to flourish.  Even if your kind actions are not always reciprocated (at least immediately), trust that any steps you take to improve the nature of a relationship will allow you to feel a sense of inner peace, and a gentle perfection that your deliberate actions indeed have a purpose.  Not all of your relationships will mend or transform to a perfect state.  They are not all required to.  The blessings you feel come from your loving actions, your movement toward making your relationships better through directed choice to do so.

This is a perfect way in fact to approach all of the relationships of your life.

 AUGUST Meditation Practice: AT WOODBINE BEACH , Saturday August 18th 7:30AM-9:00AM *Please contact me for our special meeting place near the water for this beautiful Morning Practice and enjoy in the sacred aspects of nature that will surround us. Pre-registration is gently encouraged.
 
Please join me in a new Monthly Group Practice of Meditation.  For those who live locally, experience a gentle guided practice in a different location throughout the Toronto area (and celebrating the many beautiful and tranquil settings) that will support and open you to a new way of experiencing meditation.


The monthly meditation practice series is suitable for all levels.  Your individual practice is always your own.

Please bring a mat or blanket for your seated practice.  Each monthly meditation session will feature a beautiful new skill practice and an intention for contemplation.
Bring someone new as your guest to experience meditation for free.
