Your WISDOM Note for the week of: JUNE 10th, 2012


Foreward Movement
 
Life is movement.  Life moves ever so perfectly moment by moment. 

Do you follow in this ever so perfect exchange of moments? or do you pull back? or halt completely ....in fear, uncertainty, grief, embarassment, self-loathing, envy, judgment, critical thinking, or by the simple unwillingness to believe in yourself?

  
There are not one by TWO certainties regarding life span:  The first is that we will all experience a physical death marking an ending of this lifetime.  The second is that life continues moving; life is a forward movement.  This moment is replaced by the next  - and so forth.  You can either live in the willing accepance of this and allow this forward movement to bring new and wonderful things to you (sometimes by means of hard work and dedication to a long term life goal) or you can halt yourself (your progress, your evolution, your possibility for greatness).
 
 
  We are destined to live with foreward movement - to look ahead every so often - with a firm resolve to become our ideal self, to establish heart-felt goals and continue working on them until they are completed (without giving up), and perhaps the wonderful contributions we will make in the world simply by living as our best SELF.

We will meet in the small park that sits directly behind this office building.  Please bring a mat or blanket for your seated practice.  Each monthly meditation session will feature a beautiful new skill practice and an intention for contemplation.

The monthly meditation practice series is suitable for all levels.
