Your Note of WISDOM for the week of November 20th, 2011:

Conscious Truth

You can acknowledge and value your truth; even when doing so is sometimes painful and difficult, requiring personal life changes.

You can choose to devalue your truth by mistaking it as something you cannot face and instead dismissing it from your consciousness.

When you ignore or hide from what you know is right; you move this inner knowing - this inner wisdom - out of your conscious mind and into the subconscious.

It remains a part of your inner psyche .... { like a box of your personal belongings that you store away for some indefinite period.  Even though you are not using what is in that box - the contents are still yours }.

Your truth remains in your subconscious, and it cannot be repressed forever.  At times this truth surfaces in your conscious mind, nudging you to examine it, and urging you to action.
Only you will decide if it remains a segregated part of your inner self that you continue to ignore and deny....or if you carefully embrace it, live by it... and allow it to guide your life.

Think about the ways in which your truth reveals itself to you.  Do you  willingly look at it?  Or do you push it away again - in denial, in fear, and  unrealized?

Conscious truth is the ability to be present and mindful of  what you already know to be right.  It is by embracing this truth with willing intention that you find answers, reconcile fear and worry, and become whole.

To all of you celebrating this thursday, Blessings for a Happy Thanksgiving!
