Winter on the Eastern Trail
Eastern Trail Alliance E-News December Holidays 2019

Well, it finally snowed!!!
Time for the holiday festivities
and enjoying the Eastern Trail in the winter!!!

Winter on the Eastern Trail

2019 Annual Appeal
We hope you found yourself on the trail in 2019. Whether it was physical health and or mental well-being, those are what the trail is for. The trail is there for you to share with friends and relatives from away, a safe place to transport from town to town. Teaching loved ones how to ride their first bike, to begin your own physical fitness pledge, or to simply allow you some “down time” to enjoy the surrounding nature.
This year, a very generous donor has stepped up to provide a $30,000 match. That means that your donation today will go even further!
Will you join with us to keep trail development moving south of Kennebunk? This year’s appeal will be put toward the cost of the Blazing the Trail South’s engineering design. Please consider making a tax-deductible gift to help continue the expansion and improvement of the Eastern Trail.  Go here for more information or to make a donation.

Welcome Eric Wright to the ETA Board of Directors!
Eric is an information technology professional who lives in Saco, Maine. He is a bike packing enthusiast who joined the Eastern Trail Alliance to help promote the trail as a safe place for all ages and abilities to enjoy the outdoors. Eric frequently commutes to work on the Eastern Trail and also enjoys the trail with his wife and their dog. His off-road adventures help him to unplug and maintain a work-life balance.

Hmmm, what gifts can we get for our friends and family this holiday season?

Here's some ideasETA Memberships, ET trail guide(s), and one or more MLR registrations.

There is no doubt the Eastern Trail is a wonderful resource in all our lives – but we need your support. Becoming a member of the ETA not only supports this vision, but also helps with the construction of future miles, maintenance, safety, and enjoyment for generations to come.
For the price of a good meal, or a family going to a movie, your membership can help us achieve our goal of 65 miles of off road trail.

Please join the Eastern Trail Alliance.
