Candidates for the City of Lynnwood City Council and Mayoral races will appear at a question-and-answer forum at Edmonds Community College’s Black Box Theatre. Free and open to the public, the event will be a great way to get an up-close view at politics in action! Our community read book for 2013-14 is “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks” by Rebecca Skloot. In April, two family members of the late Lacks will be on campus for a community meeting to discuss the best-selling book.
