PACE-IT: Free tuition for IT certificates

Students interested in the PACE-IT Program can apply online anytime or can register for and attend a PACE-IT information and admission session.

Upcoming information and admission sessions:

  • Wed., Dec. 3 | 6 p.m. | on campus in Mountlake Terrace Hall

In the PACE-IT Program, students pay no tuition and work at their own pace to earn an IT certificate online. They pay only for books, college enrollment fees, and any IT industry certification exam fees.

Washington State Legislative Districts 21 and 32 House Candidate Forum

Hosts Josh O’ Connor and Jon Bauer will explore regional issues with our state house candidates from districts 21 and 32 before the Nov. 4 general election.
Art Gallery Reception
3:30-6:30 p.m. | Oct. 17 | College Art Gallery, Lynnwood Hall, third floor
An art exhibit entitled “From the Edge of Understanding,” featuring works from Feven Haile, Melissa Newell, and Steven Oliver, runs through Dec. 5 in the college’s art gallery. These artists explore what it means to be a human interacting with other humans.
Washington State Congressional Districts 2 and 7 Candidate Forum

Hosts Josh O’ Connor and Jon Bauer will explore national and regional issues with our Washington state congressional candidates from districts 2 and 7 before the Nov. 4 general election.
“Trailblazers: The Women of The Boeing Company” Presentation and Panel Discussion
10 a.m.-noon | Nov. 8 | Woodway Hall, room 202
Women have played strong roles as aviation pioneers and innovators in the growth of The Boeing Company. Betsy Case’s book, “Trailblazers: The Women of The Boeing Company,” tells the stories of these women and their contributions of dedication, skill, and passion. Join us for a presentation and panel discussion with Case, the book's author

Program in the Spotlight: Study Abroad
With Edmonds CC Study Abroad, you can invest in your future and broaden your horizons while earning credits you need. As our world grows increasingly globalized, it is becoming more important for students to gain international experience and immerse themselves in other cultures.
Haunted STEM Lab
12-6 p.m. | Oct. 31 | Monroe Hall
Be amazed in our spooky STEM lab! Witness explosive — yet safe — demonstrations and participate in hands on activities such as 3D ghost printing and laser cutting goblins. There will also be candy launches and vortex smoke rings. Free and open to the public. All ages welcome.
Save the Date! Ethics Challenge

Five teams of Business and Energy Management students address complex ethical scenarios in a quiz show format.
