[Turret Type Unloading Stand] New Accessory for HCI Slitter, Reducing Unloading Time Greatly
Conventional unloading device for slitted-rolls has only horizontally swing-out upper and lower metal arms. Unloading of upper rolls is usually more difficult especially with larger OD rolls. We have now include turret function in our newly design unloading device. This new function rotates the upper and lower metal arms to the same horizontal level together, providing a safer unloading environment and reducing up to 60% of unloading time of slitted-rolls. All HCI center-rewinding type slitters now offer this new device as an optional accessory. If you require an upgrade to this device, please contact us for discussion.

FDS-V500 Trim Winder Speed Upgrade to 600M/Min
FDS-V500 is designed for rewinding slitted-trim waste, reducing space occupy by waste material and handling time. It uses a vector motor with inverter. It is able to adjust its rewinding speed automatically and work independently from the main machine. Hence , it is suitable to use with any brand of extruder, coating machine, slitter, pouch machine etc. This year, we have increased its rewinding speed to 600m/min in order to meet the higher speed demanded by many customers.

HCI New Building Ground-Breaking Ceremony
With HCI rapid expansion in recent years, more factory spaces are needed. In our effort to increase productivity and quality standard, we will reorganise our production and logistic as well as putting up a new 3-storey building, estimated to be completed within a year. We hope to have a more advance facility and larger space for machine assembly by then, in order to provide our customers with the highest quality flexible packaging machinery. Photo shows the ground-breaking ceremony of our new building by HCI Chairman, Mr Jason Ho.
