Brisk sale continues for FSL-TX slitter with 800mm rewind OD. Positive reviews for the new [Auto Roll Pusher Device].
In 2013, more enhancement features are being added to HCI popular slitter model. New auto roll pusher device and turret type unloading stand replaces manual laborious method of moving and unloading finished roll. These new add-ons greatly improve productivity especially so in larger OD rewinding such as the FSL-TX model which can rewind up to 800mm OD at operation speed of 400m/ min. The FSL-TX deploys 3 motors and disc lining brake for rewinding control. Slitter knife can be set from the rewinding side and it features a simple web flow design. It can meet various type of slitting requirement of thick and thin gauges film in the market.
The FSL-TX model is selling well and popular in flexible packaging industry in Hungary, Turkey, Mexico and its nearby region. We have ready TX slitter in our factory for immediate test run. Please come and experience its performance yourself.

HCI pouch making machinery revamped to meet changing product's needs.
HCI pouch making machinery has been through years of R&D and improvement, making it a unique pouch machinery type in the market. Besides its performance stability and sturdy machine structure, recently HCI pouch machinery also offer quick changeover for low volume production in its light duty, multitask model.
 FTSC-V series 3 side seal pouch machine --- new 4 side seal pouch making function.
Traditionally the FTSC-V is for making 3 side seal pouch, stand up zipper pouch, gusset stand up pouch. This model is now able to make 4 side seal pouch without increase in web flow path while keeping the machine length the same. A good news for customers who are looking for value investment and to improve its machine capability.

FK-FSC series – Economical model center sealing / 3 side seal pouch making machinery.
This model is suitable for making light duty pouches. Its simplicity in web flow and design, easy to operate features make it the most economical machine investment in making center sealing, 2 side and 3 side seal pouches. Three side seal bag making can be done by the use of a special clip and fold device or the use of second un-winder.

Enhances slitting quality with Titanium coating razor blade.
HCI has introduced new type of titanium coating razor blade to its slitter series. Compare to conventional razor blade, the new titanium razor blade is more durable and produce much better slitting quality. It can slit thicker film with ease and produce cleaner cut. By November, the new blade will be used across all slitter model in HCI. We welcome our old and existing customers to request them for trial and experience the new slitting experience that come with this new blade. |
