Upgrade ever the new add-ons features for HCI Slitter Rewinder [Up/Down Unwind Stand] [Finished Roll Pusher] [Turret Unloading Tree]

| The latest FSL-TX in Taipeiplas 2014 |
In 2014, more enhancement features are being added to HCI popular slitter model. New hydraulic up/down unwind stand, finished roll pusher and turret type unloading stand replaces manual laborious method of moving and unloading finished roll. These new add-ons greatly improve productivity especially so in larger OD rewinding such as the FSL-TX model which can rewind up to 800mm OD at operation speed of 400m/min. The FSL-TX deploys 3 motors and disc lining brake for rewinding control. Slitter knife can be set from the rewinding side and it features a simple web flow design. It can meet various type of slitting requirement of thick and thin gauges film in the market.

New Features on Shrink Sleeve Seaming and Inspection Machines
Needle Type Glue Spraying System
It is a type of positive displacement glue dispenser used for HCI FP and FK series Shrink Sleeve Seaming Machines. Instead of controlling the glue quantity by solenoid valve, by using a peristaltic pump to provide a constant and pulsation-free flow rate of adhesive to the needle that spreads fine line of seaming material, with minimum solvent width.
Using magnetic fixing stand, the dispenser can be fixed at any place of the machine depending on the glue characters which makes the machine more flexible in application and more comfortable with different drying rate of adhesive.
In-Line Sleeve Width Measuring System
Sleeve Width Measurement System is designed exclusively for in line inspection of shrinkable label. With its alarm system, operator can adjust and correct the lay flat width on seaming process or cut and splice it on doctoring process for quality control.
In-Line Solvent Detecting System
The seaming solvent contains a powder that glows under UV light. After sealing, the sleeve roll will be checked under the light to verify the consistent line of seaming material to assure that the seaming has been done correctly and that the sleeve will not open up during the shrinking process.

Marketing Development in North America
For better service, we have cooperated with PPC Technologies & Solutions LLC (PPCTS)( http://www.ppcts.com/) in USA and Canada market from 2014 and setting up a demo center in Waukesha, WI. The new Demo & Technology center is now operational with the recent installations of FTSC-V600-3 Three Side Sealed/ Stand-Up/ Zipper Pouch Making Machine and FSL-TX1300 Slitter Rewinders.

New Generation FSE-2 Series Reversible Rewinding & Doctoring Machine Launched
The FSE-2 Reversible Rewinding & Doctoring Machine is used extensively for the inspection and editing of printed substrates or detecting the defect before onward next process for all kind of material such as flexible packaging, electronics, TFT-LCD and optical industry. The competitive environment of recent times has made this process an absolute must to keep converting wastages low.
As an alternate to manual inspection through a stroboscope, the inspection can take the form of an automated response to the feedback from a 100% inspection camera system such as AVT, BST, E+L and so on.
The FSE-2 runs in the forward or reverse direction, enabling the user to spot and bring back the defect to the splicing zone with precision. Compact design of up/down unwinder and rewinder further enhances the production efficiency.
