HCI have just successfully completed the installation and commissioning of FTSC-V500-2 SUP (Stand-Up Pouch) Making Machine with a top challenge. Perfect pouches produced by excellent performance of HCI FTSC-V Pouch Making Machine, equipped useful features like web registration, web guiding on the middle of machine and web/zipper splicing detection, etc. No touch after configuration / parameter setting completed, products quality is still same as the 1st pouch after more than 3000 cutting cycles.

FSL-TX1300 Slitter with New Air Knives Slitting System Exhibited in PLAST 2015 Milano
HCI participated the largest exhibition in Europe of this year, PLAST 2015 Milano, for the plastics and rubber industries, closed on May 9th with very positive results.
We exhibited FSL-TX1300 Slitter Rewinders with new features of Slitting Air Knives System, equipped with high speed pneumatic circular knives; it is capable of slitting a wide variety of materials with slitting width down to 50mm. Special design of the knife structure can be fitted with both shear knife holder and razor blade holder by its quick exchange system. Matched with segment type of multiple grooved bottom knife blocks which suitable for shear and razor blade cut and makes the ease of slitting width changing duo to the inflation shafts fixing system.

holder also includes a micrometer adjustment device allows for precise depth control setting to ensure the highest slitting quality and a pneumatically adjustable side force control to maximize knife life and edge cut quality.

Gas Combustion System Available on Laminating Machine for Higher Drying Efficiency with Low Cost
Considering the stabilization and cost of the electricity power supply in some countries, HCI offers Gas Combustion System as an alternate solution.
Either LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) or Natural Gas can be used on the gas combustion system, by using ignition electrodes for gaseous fuel ignition together with automatically shut down system controlled by sensors of gas leaking, gas pressure, ignition failure and abnormal stalled which gives higher safety than electricity heater system. Maximum thermal energy 200,000kcal/hr, temperature up to 350℃, it helps to get higher production efficiency with low cost, high security and, furthermore, environmental protection.

HCI offers customized Slitter Rewinders and Rewinding Inspection machine with 100% Inspecting Camera System
With the improvement of production process nowadays, quality control is getting more important than before. HCI installed the camera inspection system on slitting and rewinding machine successfully to help customers detecting smudges (ink, oil, water), doctor streaks, fish eye (pin holes), character misprints, foreign matter (hair, gels, insects), hazing, wrinkles, etc.
To inspect the web by human vision together with stroboscope is quite limited and will create many wastes during operation. By using CCD camera inspection system instead can have faster reaction and more accurate detection. HCI offers customized slitter/rewinds and rewinding/inspection machine to install camera inspection system for single side and both side detection and labeling device on it in order to help customers getting higher quality products.
