HCI FSL-TX Smart Slitting Machine won the “First Prize”in Taipei Plas 2016

Taipei Plas 2016 has come to a close on Aug. 16th. It has been a success for HCI. What was more exciting was  that we won the First Prize of 2016 Taiwan Plastic & Rubber Industry Awards for Excellence in Research an Innovation. This can be the motive power and drives us to do radical product innovation. Finally, we would like to thank all our agents, customers and associates for their visit and participation. Meanwhile, we hope to see more customers in HCI excellent product lines.

The Evolution of FSL-TX Slitting Machine

• Networking capabilities and multi-screen display of slitting machine. Each control element connected by the network communication mode. This model will have the network connection ability and data transmission ability to meet customerdemand for smart factory in the future. All the production information can be shown in multi-screen display, such as the customer's mobile phone, tablet, even in the computer of HCI’s service team.

• Innovation remote monitoring functions and online program updates. Customers can connect the slitting machine via Android and iOS device and do the remote control, when the production line abnormality notification, the system could send message to the relative person for immediate disposal. Real-time update the program through the network and no need to send the technician from our company, customers can eliminate both travel costs and troubleshooting time could be reduced.

• The new man-machine interface, machine energy management and production reporting print function. APP program setting function, the parameters setting with guided prompts will help slitting machine operation much easier, the operator can learn how to use it very quickly even the customer change a new operator. The power consumption of the machine can be real-time monitoring and used for statistical, analytical data provides customers save energy. The production parameters and information can be saved and printed, statistical machine activation rate, productivity and other management data.

• Designed for double-sided coating in single process, minimize the machine and production costs also greatly increase the productivity.
• Individual motor driven at different layers of dryer provides stable and wild range of tension to the web Particular fitting design suitable for variety of anilox roller dimensions.
• Stand-alone LPG burner stand makes the maintenance easier and increase the safety of it.
• Both layers of dryer equipped with web guiding device to ensure the edge alignment.
• To optimize the drying zone temperature specified by isolating two different layers of dryer with light weight and heat-resistant fiber.
• Automatic splicing device equipped with nip roller makes the aluminum foil coating job streamlined.
