Our 2019 Boomtown Chardonnay comes from Two Gun Vineyard in the Ancient Lakes AVA. Sitting at an elevation of 1,500 feet, this cool site lends itself to an extended growing season and lingering hang time. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks to preserve the bright fruit characters and aged in neutral oak. It opens with notes of freshly cut pears framed by balancing acidity. It is a great choice for poultry, salads, and cream-based pasta dishes.
