A Kermit Lynch selection from the indigenous Corsican red varietal, Scaiccarellu. That's SHOCK - a -re- lu for you Corsican newcomers. The grapes are so gently pressed that the resulting wine has a unique, almost ethereal hue resembling more that of a white or even orange wine than a typical pink rose.
