The vineyards in Málaga are the most extreme in all of Europe. The mountainside vineyards are planted at inclinations of up to 70°. There is no terracing, ladders, or mechanization to assist with the harvest. The vineyards comprised of slate and white quartz are worked completely by hand. Practicing dry farmed, organic viticulture. Aged eight months in neutral 600L French oak demi-muids. “This shows a lot of ripe fruit with dried berry and strawberry character. Full and layered.
