Originating from dry farmed bush vines, many over 100 years old, native yeast fermentation in concrete, bottled unfined, and lightly filtered to preserve flavor. The Cabernet is the bold, expressive component in the wine, offering dark berry fruits, cedar, and leather notes, along with a strong backbone of firm tannins and structure. The Pinotage adds lightness and elegance, rounding out the more aggressive traits of the Cabernet.
