Our Estate Pinot Noir is intentionally created to highlight a fruit forward flavor profile. The Parallax Mourvèdre is a multi-clonal selection grown on clay and shale-infused loam. Fermented via indigenous yeast, aged 18 months in neutral French oak. The nose opens with classic Mourvédre notes of chocolate, blue and black fruits, and violet floral tones. Warm, silky tannins and firm acidity frame a generous palate of red plum and red berry fruit with hints of dried herb and light earth tones, leading to a lingering finish. This is a balanced, complete, and immediately approachable Mourvédre; a great effort from this winery!
