Produced with grapes from their Talinay vineyard [Chile], which is quite large and diverse, where the soils are rich in limestone. These wines are always low-ish in alcohol and have notable acidity, a sharp and pungent profile with underlying minerality and a salty finish. This was bottled unoaked after some time in stainless steel. This has great grip and is serious, mineral and salty. It has tension and a lot of power on the palate with the characteristic salty finish of the limestone soils and the influence from the sea.

Ideally decanted (even for several hours!) prior to consuming for proper enjoyment. “Fresh dark berry and floral pastille aromas are complemented by notes of vanilla, cola and smoky minerals. Sappy and well-concentrated yet graceful, with pliant boysenberry and black raspberry flavors that show no rough edges. Finishes gently sweet, smooth and long, leaving spice and candied lavender notes behind.”
