Opens with a fresh nose of wild strawberries, red berries and a touch of earth. The complex palate reveals citrus fruits of lime, grapefruit peel, pomegranate, and even a hint of melon, with a lightly “chalky” minerality. A full, round opening palate gives way to a long juicy finish. This is an expressive, complete rosé which will be a versatile match for a wide variety of holiday dishes but is delightful on its own; a rock-solid value! 60% Gamay, 40% Mondeuse. It's made from a grape that flourishes in the mountains. Grown organically and fermented with native yeast in steel tanks, the 2020 Jacquére is a perfect mix of grapefruit, sweet lime, honeydew, apple and minerals, with plenty of freshness, but showing just the right amount of maturity to give the wine a supple weight and texture.

A few spirits have employed pure Icelandic waters in their production, however Reyka is the first to wholly take advantage of the country's resources as it is the first to be distilled and bottled there. Distilled from wheat and barley in a distillery operated by geothermal heat. The result is a super clean, premium vodka that has an environmental conscience. The entire operation is run by the abundant geothermal heat of the land, a factor that led to the naming of the spirit as Reyka (Ray-kuh) is an ancient Icelandic word for steam or smoke. Small batches of only 235 cases per distillation contain glacial water from the Grabok Spring, which runs through a 4,000 year old lava field. Researchers have tested the waters and found there to be zero impurities. The resulting vodka is a testament that if clean products go in, clean products come out.

Eye: Its amber colour is flecked with touches of copper.
Nose: The nose begins generously, dominated by a range of exotic fruit and a delicate touch of minerality. Roasted pineapple, candied citrus, fig and exotic fruit make up the head notes, supported by a delicate structure of wood notes (bourbon vanilla, oak) and spice (cinnamon).
