Emiliana constitutes the single largest source of estate-grown organic/vegan/sustainable wines in the world. This region produces white wines characterized by minerality and concentrated acidity. Aged four months in French oak, without undergoing malolactic fermentation, it displays a pale straw in color with fruity apricot, quince, and pineapple aromas along with notes of toasted hazelnuts. The palate shows ripe stone fruits balanced with refreshing acidity and good length.

The district of Moppa, just North of Greenock, is where the Kalleske farm and vineyard was established in 1853. Deep purple-red in color. The aromatics are intense and bright. Drifting from the glass are garden flowers, cherry, blueberry, clove spice and a hint of fruit cake. The palate is full-bodied with prevailing juicy red and black fruits. It’s extremely polished with subtle oak effortlessly blending with the rich fruits adding complexity. The tannins are perfectly integrated and they add fine structure without imposing. An expressive and opulent Shiraz! Blend: 86% Shiraz, 11% Petit Verdot, 3% Viognier.

Ski Queen is a typically Norwegian full fat whey cheese with a fudge-like texture and sweet caramel flavour that was fist made in Gudbrandsdalen valley more than 130 years ago. Anne Hov, a farmer’s wife, was the first person to think of pouring cream into the kettle of whey. Her “fat cheese” got a higher price than her ordinary cheese and butter, and she is reputed to have saved the valley from financial ruin in the 1880’s.
