Dear IKNS Parents,

 

The School will be implementing family ID cards for the 2019-2020 school year, starting September 2019. The family ID cards will be the means of entering the school for any parent/ guardian. Please note that no parent/guardian will be allowed in the school premises without an ID card.

 

To enable the school to process your IDs, kindly fill out the form as per the requirements below:

 

• State both parents’ names (example: mother, father, or grandparent etc), and upload a passport sized photo for each.
• State two guardians (example: nanny, driver, or any other person that is authorized to drop/collect your children), and upload a passport sized photo for each.  
• Kindly ensure that the passport sized photo is clear and has a solid background (a copy of passport/CPR, and other forms of unclear attachments will not be accepted).
