The Middle School Oral Conferences will take place on Thursday, December 5, 2013. Therefore there will be no school for Middle Students on that day. The schedule of the conferences is as follows:
Grade 6 – Conferences in the Student Lounge
Morning session (8:00 – 11:30) Sections A,B,C
Afternoon session (1:00 – 3:00) Sections D&E
Grade 7 – Conferences in the Middle School Building
Morning session (8:00 – 10:00) Sections D&E
Afternoon session (12:00 – 3:00) Sections B&C
(1:00 – 3:00) Section A
Grade 8 – Conferences in Rashid Hall
Morning session (8:00 – 11:30) Sections A,B,C
Afternoon session (1:00 – 3:00) Sections D&E
During the conferences you will meet with your child’s major subject teachers: Arabic, English, Math, Science, and Social Studies (Grades 8). Please make an appointment if you need to discus your child’s progress in other special area subjects.
Moreover, kindly note the scheduled time for your child’s section. We expect parents to take about five minutes with each teacher. If you require more time, and out of courtesy to other parents, please contact the reception for individual meetings with teachers.
