The Sovereign Art Foundation IKNS Art Exhibition

Pursuant to our letter dated February 16, 2014 and e-mail dated Febrauary 17, 2014, we would like to kindly remind you that under the patronage of Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohamed Al Khalifa, Minister of Culture, Ibn Khldoon National School, in collaboration with Sovereign Art Foundation (SAF) www.SovereignArtFoundation.com, is organizing a charitable Art Exhibition displaying the artwork of IKNS students (Grades 1-12)

The students’ artwork will be exhibited for sale in the Arts Centre of the National Museum of Bahrain from Thursday, 24 April to Sunday, 27 April, 2014.

All proceeds from the sale of the students’ artwork will go to the Royal Charity Organization, www.orphans.gov.bh, in support of orphaned children in Bahrain. The prices for students’ displayed artwork will be BD100, BD150 and BD200 for Elementary, Middle and Secondary School entries respectively.

Furthermore, the winning artists from each school division (Elementary, Middle, Secondary, IB Art) will receive a BD500 prize, totalling BD2,000 donated by Sovereign Trust Consultancy (Bahrain) W.L.L.

We invite all IKNS students to take part in this charitable event by displaying their artwork in the exhibition, which will also qualify them for the BD500 prize offered by Sovereign Trust Consultancy (Bahrain) W.L.L.

IKNS Art teachers have explained to their students the requirements for taking part in the exhibition.
