West Sussex Disability Register
 
West Sussex County Council collects information about children and young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to help plan and deliver their services. 
 
Parents, carers, and young people can join the register. Once registered they can collect a Max Card from their local library which offers discounts on national attractions.
Specialist children and young people mental health workers in GP practices
 
West Sussex Mind have mental health workers based in GP practices in Worthing and Lancing to support children and young people from age eight to 18.
