Concordia Youth Action (CYA) programme

Are you a young person living in Sussex who wants to make a positive change?

The Concordia Youth Action (CYA) programme supports young people living in Sussex who want to make a positive change. The programme is accessible and offers the opportunity to not only get involved but to help young people develop skills through activities that interest them the most.

The programme is accessible and open to young people aged 16-to-17 and to those with an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) up to the age of 25.

The Concordia Youth Action programme supports young people in Sussex to engage with the local community. Underpinning all sessions is the drive to develop young people’s skills and give them experiences that help them thrive.
