Independent Lives November newsletter
Welcome to the Independent Lives November newsletter

This winter, the challenges facing disabled people are greater than ever. According to our recent report on the cost of living crisis, disabled individuals are among the hardest hit, with many struggling to afford the basics like heating, food, and essential care.

Rising energy bills, cuts to support and the increasing costs of living make it difficult for disabled people to stay warm, safe, and independent. For many, this winter isn’t just about staying comfortable - it’s about survival.

Give the gift of independence this winter with a donation to our Warm Heart, Warm Homes campaign. Every pound helps to change lives and helps people to live their lives independently.
Β£10 could pay for a Christmas meal or an afternoon tea for someone, helping to prevent social isolation.
Β£25 could help us purchase a box of 'home essentials' for someone returning home from hospital.
Β£100 could help us deliver essential disability awareness training sessions to schools and businesses.
