Maxine and Lottie’s story

In our latest customer case study, we share the story of Maxine and Lottie. Maxine uses Independent Lives services to support her daughter Lottie who has Down Syndrome.

We sat down with Maxine to speak to her about her experiences raising a disabled child, moving from Brighton to Worthing and the impact Direct Payments has had on her and Lottie.
