This March, Independent Lives staff, volunteers and friends will be taking on the fearful Drop 360. Stepping out of Brighton's i360 pod and dropping 138 meters to the ground.

This is an event not to be missed.


We're looking for thrill seekers, dare devils and anyone looking to challenge themselves in 2023. Take on the might of Brighton's i360 with this once in a life time experience.


On 7 March, join us and the i360's expert teams and take on the challenge of a life time. We are looking for individuals, groups or businesses who want to try something challenging and help raise funds for Independent Lives at the same time.

Autism & communication training: 24 January

 

This training session focuses on the differences and difficulties experienced by autistic people in communicating with others.

Positive behaviour management training: 2 February

 

This training session will explore the differences between being assertive and aggressive, what drives our behaviour, tips on avoiding esclation and setting boundaries and the importance and effectiveness of positive language.

Customer case study: Jill's story

 

Jill lives in Croydon with her husband and her dog. She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2000 and has been using Direct Payments since 2014. She joined Independent Lives in 2020.
