Jain Temple Pratistha 30th Anniversary

Dear Members of the Jain Sangh,
We would like to introduce you to Arhad Abhishekh Mahapujan.
One thousand years ago, one of the most revered, knowledgeable Siddhapurush Jainacharya Shree Vaadivetaal Shaanti Suriji mahara saheb developed “Shree Arhad Abhisekh Vidhi” granth on the basis of the old scriptures.
This Mahapujan of the great Tirthankar is very powerful in summoning good karmas for our Ayushya and Yashnam karma. This pujan becomes the reason for us to become victorious, gather wealth and content in life. It also becomes the reason which leads us to have deep faith and achieve Samyakatva in our life.
At the end of the pujan, a special kriya is done to calm the negative effects of the planets and to help strengthen the planet’s positive effects in our life. In short, this maha pujan is not only great to help us achieve Samyakatva and Moksha, but it is also great for helping us achieve wealth, health and peace in the greatest way in this life.
We are also celebrating 30th anniversary of our Jain Temple, so please join the bhakti.

DC VegFest - JYOC/JSMW Booth

For the sixth time, JYOC/JSMW will be hosting a booth to promote plant-based proteins at DC Vegfest on Sunday August 11, 2019!
We are looking for volunteers to manage the booth and to help bring daal and rice samples to serve on our behalf. If you are interested then please sign up to volunteer at link below:

- Co-ordinated H. H. Dalai Lama’s visit to Palitana and a Meeting with Jain Acharyas to discuss Non-violence & Religion in 2010.
- Organized visit of H. H. Dr. Abdul Kalam, former President of India to inaugurate E-library of 2200 printed manuscripts at L.D. Institute of Indology in 2011. Added 5000 manuscripts in the collection of L. D. Institute of Indolog
- Participated in more than 60 National seminars / workshops to present research papers and published more than 75 Research papers in Gujarat, Hindi and English in different National and International Magazines
